My wife and I went to Delgado,s for dinner this week and it was excellent. The food was amazing especially the salads and the salsa. Our server Jadiel was super and guided us through the menu Highly recommended for great Mexican food.
Wow! Great little gem in Carpenteria! Try the Tres Amigos enchiladas or the large draft ( ice cold) beer. You'll be satisfied! Always great service and food when I come here.

I was spending the night in Carpinteria and Delgado's was just down the street of my lodging. Everything was just outstanding. First off, their Salsa is propably the best I've ever had. Secondly, I had the Clase Azul Plata Margarita (x3) and I was just amazing. All the services were on point and I must say that I've found a true gem in Carpinteria. If you are in the area, check them out.
Best burrito and sides in Carp. Take out is quick, also dine in service is great. Friendly staff, clean, enjoyable. Can get a little loud when busy. I wish they had better parking.
Fantastic food and service. All their peppers are grown locally on the owner's ranch -- I talked to the waiter about it for a bit. He was very knowledgable about the food and the restaurant! The food was perfect, portions were generous. Was trying to spend close to my company's food reimbursement limit on a work trip and didn't get remotely close at this place, but it was absolutely worth it!
